Included in the price for both accommodations (Mare Blu 60 sq m and Mare Verde 68 sq m):

Welcome Kit: A small welcome gift upon arrival to get your holiday in Gaeta off to a great start.

Air Conditioning: Air conditioning in all rooms for maximum comfort even on the hottest summer days.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishes, and everything you need to prepare your meals just like at home.

Living Area: Separate living room with flat-screen TV.

Wi-Fi Connection: High-speed internet connection included, ideal for short stays and smart working.

Linens: Full set of quality sheets and towels provided upon arrival.

Top Location: Direct access to Serapo beach (just 50 meters away) and immediate proximity to supermarkets, pharmacies, and bars on Corso Italia.

🕒 Property Rules (Updated Policy)

To ensure proper management of the accommodations and respect for the care taken over the furnishings of Mare Verde and Mare Blu, please observe the following:

Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (please provide your expected arrival time).

Check-out: From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Smoking: The property is open to smokers, provided that the utmost respect is shown for the rooms, fabrics, and furnishings. We kindly ask that you ventilate the premises well to maintain a fresh air environment for subsequent guests.

Four-legged friends: Pets are welcome!

We prefer small and medium-sized pets.

A fee of €25.00 is required for the entire stay for extra professional cleaning, to ensure maximum hygiene for subsequent guests.

Rental Type: Available for Summer Rentals and Transient Stays (winter/working days).

Quiet: We ask that you respect the quiet hours (afternoon and night) to ensure harmonious coexistence with the neighbors.
